Geomiq is a global manufacturing platform connecting businesses with trusted manufacturing partners across CNC machining, sheet metal and additive manufacturing. We combine technology, operational hubs and a global supply network to deliver precision parts at scale. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Director to drive the next phase of revenue acceleration.
This is a handsâon, performanceâdriven sales leadership role. You will own revenue growth, pipeline discipline, sales execution and commercial performance across the business. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to:
- Drive new logo acquisition
- Increase revenue per customer
- Improve conversion rates
- Shorten sales cycles
- Build a highâperformance sales culture
This is not a corporate reporting role. This is a buildâandâexecute role.
What You'll Own
- Revenue growth across key verticals
- Sales pipeline management and forecasting
- Conversion performance from RFQ to order
- Sales process design and improvement
- Sales team structure, hiring and coaching
- Commercial strategy for enterprise accounts
- CRM discipline and reporting
- Collaboration with Supply and Operations to ensure strong delivery
You will be accountable for clear revenue targets and measurable performance improvements.
What We're Looking For
You are:
- A commercially driven sales leader
- Comfortable owning a number
- Experienced in B2B technical or industrial sales
- Strong in pipeline management and forecasting
- Dataâdriven and disciplined
- Comfortable operating in a scaleâup environment
- Handsâon - you will close deals as well as lead
You have likely:
- Led sales in a ÂŁ10â50m B2B business
- Built or scaled a sales team
- Sold into engineering, manufacturing, industrial or technical buyers
- Improved win rates and shortened sales cycles
- Worked closely with operations or production teams
What This Role Is Not
- It is not a corporate VP title with no execution
