Finance manager in digital manufacturing

Geomiq is a fast-growing digital manufacturing company transforming how businesses source custom-manufactured components. We combine technology with a global manufacturing network to deliver industry-leading service levels for manufactured goods. With operations across the UK, China, India and Portugal, we're entering an exciting phase of growth. We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded Finance Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day finance function, improve financial reporting and help build scalable processes to support our growth.

Задачи:

• - Own the monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
• - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end close.
• - Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• - Maintain strong financial controls and accounting processes.
• - Coordinate statutory accounts, audits and compliance with external accountants.
• - Analyse revenue, gross margins, costs and profitability.
• - Monitor working capital, customer payments and supplier liabilities.
• - Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
• - Identify financial risks, inefficiencies and opportunities to improve performance.
• - Coordinate financial reporting across our UK, China, India and Portugal operations.
• - Work with local general managers and external accountants to ensure accurate reporting.
• - Support group consolidation, intercompany accounting and compliance requirements.
• - Manage and develop our existing finance team.
• - Improve finance processes, reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• - Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks using technology and AI.
• - Work with our technology team to improve financial systems and data integration.
• - Develop documented, scalable financial processes.

Требования:

• - Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA), or equivalent relevant experience.
• - Experience as a Finance Manager, Management Accountant or Financial Controller.
• - Strong management accounting, balance sheet and cash flow experience.
• - Confident using Excel or Google Sheets and accounting software.
• - Experience improving financial processes and controls.
• - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• - A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
