About the Role
Geomiq’s Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager will own the operational engine that converts customer demand into delivered revenue—cleanly, profitably, and predictably. You will ensure manufacturing orders flow seamlessly from quote to dispatch, build and enforce preventive systems, oversee supplier and partner contracts, track key metrics, and lead a culture of accountability across all hubs.
Your Mission
- Drive Throughput & Revenue: Ensure manufacturing orders flow seamlessly from quote to dispatch.
- Engineer Prevention: Build and enforce preventive systems to catch issues before they hit customers.
- Control Contracts & Performance: Oversee supplier and manufacturing partner contracts, ensuring compliance with commercial, delivery, and quality standards.
- Measure What Matters: Track on‑time delivery, NCR rate, and yield—and continuously improve those metrics.
- Lead With Discipline: Create a culture of accountability across every hub.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand‑in‑hand with Sales, Quality, and Product to align capacity, systems, and commercial priorities.

Your Profile
- Experienced and Battle‑Tested: 7–15 years in manufacturing operations, production or supply chain, ideally within CNC machining, injection moulding, or contract manufacturing.
- Preventative by Nature: You don’t firefight — you build systems that make firefighting unnecessary.
- Commercially Grounded: Understanding how operational precision drives margin, retention, and growth.
- Militant About Standards: Enforce quality and process with calm intensity.
- Data‑Literate and System‑Savvy: Proficient with CRM, ERP, dashboards; use metrics to drive action.
- Operationally Bilingual: Speak the language of engineers, suppliers and executives, aligning all stakeholders.
- Cross‑Functional Communicator: Align Sales, Quality and Operations on common goals.
- Outcome‑Focused: Proven track record owning throughput, delivery and margin performance, managing contracts and supplier SLAs.
