Geol Consultants Limited (GEOL) is based in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear and specialise in geotechnical, geological and environmental consultancy work. GEOL boasts a diverse team of professionals including Geotechnical Engineers, Geo-Environmental Engineers, Geologists, Land Surveyors, and Specialist Drilling Operatives. We solve a wide range of geotechnical, geological and environmental issues and our expertise allows us to offer comprehensive site investigation services to our clients throughout all project stages for sites located across the UK and Ireland. We also operate our own fleet of drilling rigs.
This is a full-time role located at our HQ (Tectonic House) in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear for an Engineering Geologist. You will engage in day-to-day tasks including office work (report writing), logging of soil and rock samples, performing field work, and collaborating with our inhouse drilling teams to assess and solve a wide range of geotechnical and environmental issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience in conducting field work
