What you will be doing:
- Conduct forklift, safety, and Pit B training programs for employees.
- Schedule and conduct training for all functions and shifts.
- Organize weekly safety orientation for new hires.
- Evaluate training effectiveness to meet strategic goals.
- Provide recommendations to managers regarding account entry.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 months experience/training preferred.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
