Role Description

The Key Account Manager is a full-time role based in the UK, operating in a hybrid working model that combines on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.

The role is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary contact for strategic customers, and ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Business Planning experience to create account development plans, forecast volumes, and support revenue growth.
  • Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation services, preferably in a key account or commercial role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating in person in Leeds and remotely as needed.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
