Job description
To provide administration services to the required KPI's for movement of high value sensitive parts in a highly confidential environment. Communication with internal and external customers, liaising with trusted partners and providing accurate information to them. To work to departmental, customer and statutory operating procedures at all times
Customs Documentation β Information required
β’ Gather information required to create accurate, compliant and on time customs declarations for Goods Inbound and outbound, operate with DMS and NCTS via communication with customer services administration, Port agents, hauliers - carriers and customers representatives.
Data Maintenance
β’ Maintaining information received from customers
β’ Reviewing data received in inhouse Warehouse Management System (WMS)
β’ Liaise with business partners to provide accurate information
β’ Answer and direct phone calls
β’ Maintain the system and create daily reports
β’ Operate office equipment including scanners, printers, computers, telephones
Goods/Stock Control β Monitoring
β’ Goods arrival/dispatch management and control providing correct and on time entry instructions to port agencies, stock control with clear documentation overview
Operational Procedures
β’ Work to documented procedures at all times
Compliance
β’ Ensure that all administration activities are to the quality required and in strict compliance with HMRC regulations as well as departmental and customer requirements
Communication
β’ Ensure that all communication is within the expected standards as described in the employee's handbook
Health and Safety
β’ Compliance to Geoids UK health & Safety policy and guidelines
Quality
β’ Follow company quality & insurance policy in all areas to protect company from any exposures
Applicant's profile

β’ Knowledge of HMRC Taxation management and reclaims, Customs procedures for Import and Export
β’ Experience of Importing goods in//out Customs Warehouse controlled stock and free circulation goods
β’ Logistics service provider
β’ UK Import processing β Customs Warehousing, CFSP, NES/NCTS
β’ UK Export processing β NES, NES/NCTS
β’ HMRC Customs Procedures to AEO required standards
