Monday to Friday,
07:30 to 16:00.
40 hours per week
30 minute unpaid break
Key Activities / Accountabilities
- Work safely at all times following all company Health & Safety procedures
- Report any near misses, accidents or Health & Safety concerns immediately to your Shift Leader or Manager
- Picking and packing customer orders using hand scanners and labelling boxes
- Report any quality issues or damages immediately to your Shift Leader or Manager
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Wrapping pallets for despatch or put away
- Rework and customization of customer orders
- Checking returns and repacking products
- Checking off inbound deliveries, labelling and repalletizing
- Scanning stock away in to pallet and shelving locations
- Stock counting
- Stock replenishment and consolidation
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping at all times and clean as you go
- Follow all company policies, procedures and SOP's as per your training
- Only use equipment you have been trained to use and follow all SSOW procedures when using them
- Maintain high productivity rates whilst ensuring quality is not affected
- Training on new processes, equipment and contracts as required
- Complete remedial training to improve any quality or productivity concerns as required
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Share your improvement ideas and be rewarded

Need to be comfortable with working in a fast paced and multi skilled environment where daily tasks will vary and is target driven to meet customer deadlines.

Essential Education and/ or Training
- English speaking and can undertake training to understand processes and Health & Safety briefs etc
- Need to be able to understand company documents and customer picking sheets etc
- A good level of numeracy to ensure quality is maintained and work is completed right first time
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
- Previous warehouse experience
- Used to working in a multi skilled environment and learning new processes
- Ability to follow agreed warehouse processes and procedures
- Hold a counterbalance or reach truck licence or be willing to be trained as required
- Experience of using handheld scanners and a PC to produce labels and paperwork
