Geocore Site Investigations, part of the RSK Group, is looking for an Administrator to join their growing office team in Redcar.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Provide project support including hiring equipment, booking accommodation, arranging travel, and issuing site instructions
  • Raise invoices, credit notes and purchase orders
  • Set up clients and projects
  • Assist with fleet management (arranging services and repairs, maintaining records)
  • Ensure compliance paperwork is up‑to‑date (e.g. RAMS, certifications, training records)
  • Monitor and process SHEQ and ESG KPIs

Experience / Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous office experience required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self‑motivated with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a professional and calm telephone manner, and confidence to make outbound calls to clients and suppliers
  • Highly organized for planning workloads and meeting deadlines
