Geo is growing and we are looking for our next creative leader to join our team. We believe the best work comes from great people who care deeply about what they do. We are looking for someone who brings energy, pride and personality to the studio, and who is excited to help shape the next chapter of our agency.

As a team, our focus remains the same: building outstanding brands for ambitious organisations across a wide range of sectors. Our teams now span social media, video, content, and marketing, while our website team continues to grow through bespoke, design-led digital experiences.

We are looking for a confident and inspiring Midweight to Senior Designer to sit at the heart of the studio, work across every part of the agency and help shape the strongest work of our next chapter. We are looking for someone who is comfortable developing UI alongside our web team as they create campaign assets for socials or beautifully crafted design for print. Brand identity must sit at the heart of the thinking, supported by a strong understanding of narrative, typography, layout and the traditional principles of graphic design.

The Opportunity

  • Everything is a team effort here. Since 2009 we have been growing steadily and now the team is a tight and ambitious 12.
  • Brand-led, digitally focused. Bring a strong understanding of identity and graphic design to every project, with the confidence to translate brands into intuitive, engaging UI.
  • Never settle for ordinary. Develop distinctive brands, compelling campaigns and digital experiences that challenge the expected.
  • Own projects from idea to launch. Lead the creative journey, present your thinking and work closely with clients to deliver work everyone is proud of.
  • Bring design and technology together. Collaborate with our developers to create bespoke, intuitive, and beautifully crafted WordPress websites.
  • Raise the creative bar. Bring energy, ideas and attention to detail to every project, while helping the wider team produce its best work.
  • Make great delivery part of the design. Build strong processes, communicate proactively and keep projects moving with clarity, positivity and purpose.

About You

  • You are based in Kent and happy to work from our studio in Maidstone a minimum of three days per week.
  • You will have a strong portfolio and proven agency experience across branding, UI and graphic design.
  • You should be confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, comfortable presenting directly to clients and experienced in taking projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
  • You will care deeply about ideas, craft and quality. You will be organised without being rigid, commercially aware without compromising creativity and confident enough to challenge thinking when the work can be better.
  • Experience working on responsive websites, design systems and WordPress projects will be a major advantage.

Why Geo Brand?

  • Our Maidstone studio is the creative centre of the agency. It is a collaborative, sociable environment where ideas are shared openly and everyone has the opportunity to influence the work.
  • We also have a London workspace aboard a wide-beam barge in Limehouse, used for client meetings, workshops, creative sessions, and team days.
  • You will join an ambitious team that is growing its digital, content, and creative capabilities, with the opportunity to shape what comes next.
  • Alongside hybrid working of up to two days from home, we offer a workplace pension, your birthday off, regular socials and team trips, and the chance to work on a genuinely varied mix of ambitious projects.
