Head of Subsidence Diagnosis

General Overview This is a role for someone who is passionate about solving domestic property subsidence issues to the highest technical standard. The role covers all aspects of Engineering for our residential subsidence repair business. It is a hands-on role in all aspects, including site visits and being personally responsible for deliverables including supporting our Global businesses. Key tasks include: Accurately diagnosing subsidence properties both structurally and geotechnically and creating technically correct treatment plans, Feasibility of schemes, design, design checking, quality assurance of all residential designs, quote quality checking and advising the operations department on engineering matters.
