About Us
At GeoBrand, we never settle for ordinary. We’re a Maidstone-based brand and digital agency creating bold identities and bespoke digital experiences for clients across every sector, from rum and luxury travel to airlines, fashion, and nationwide brands. 2026 is an exciting year for us: we’re launching a new website, expanding our digital marketing and social media team, and taking on major national projects that are pushing our creativity and capability to new levels. Our studio culture is everything: open, collaborative, human and full of energy. Our Maidstone studio is our creative home, but we also have a London satellite office: a wide-beam barge that doubles as our floating workspace for team trips, client days and creative sessions. We’re a team that loves what we do — and enjoys doing it together.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Studio Manager to join us part-time and help keep our creative world running smoothly. You’ll be the bridge between our design and development studio and our account managers, ensuring projects, deadlines and deliverables are on track, and that the right people have the time, tools and support to do their best work. This role suits someone with agency operations experience, ideally in branding or digital, who takes pride in organisation, communication and creating a great team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the studio and ensure projects flow smoothly between creative and account teams
- Monitor workloads, deadlines and deliverables, working closely with the Account Manager and creative leads
- Handle invoicing, expenses and accounts administration, supporting financial tracking and reporting alongside the Client Service team
- Oversee equipment audits, software licences and resource management alongside the dev/operations team
- Support and plan team socials, events and celebrations alongside the Client Service team
- Arrange travel and logistics for team and client activities alongside the Client Service team
- Maintain and enhance studio processes and systems to keep operations efficient and enjoyable
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in studio or agency operations, ideally within a creative, design or digital environment
- Excellent organisational, communication and multitasking skills
- Calm under pressure, proactive and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Strong understanding of project workflows in branding and digital
- Confident using tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, Clockify and Microsoft Office
- A positive, people-focused attitude with genuine care for team wellbeing and culture
Why Join GeoBrand
- Friendly, collaborative studio environment in Maidstone town centre
- Hybrid working available
- Opportunity to work across exciting brand and digital projects
- A day off for your birthday
- Creative days on our London barge workspace
- A team that believes in trust, curiosity and craft
