About Us

At GeoBrand, we never settle for ordinary. We’re a Maidstone-based brand and digital agency creating identities and bespoke digital experiences for clients across every sector: from rum and fashion to luxury travel, airlines and national brands. 2026 is shaping up to be an exciting year. We’re launching a new website, expanding our digital marketing and social media team, and taking on major nationwide projects that will challenge and inspire us creatively. Our studio is our creative home, relaxed, collaborative and full of energy. We also have a London satellite office: a wide-beam barge that doubles as a floating workspace for client days, creative sessions and the occasional team trip. We believe in hard work, good people and the kind of collaboration that turns great ideas into exceptional results.

The Role

You’ll work closely with our Account Manager and wider creative team to make sure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be the link between our clients and the studio, helping to turn ideas into action, ensuring deadlines, deliverables and expectations are met with precision and care. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their experience in a fast-moving creative agency environment, supporting digital and brand projects across web, design, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Manager in delivering client projects on time and within budget
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients to maintain strong relationships
  • Coordinate between design, digital and strategy teams to keep projects on track
  • Help prepare project timelines, briefs, reports and progress updates
  • Ensure deliverables are accurate, consistent and aligned with client goals
  • Contribute ideas and insight to improve our processes and client experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine interest in branding, design and digital marketing
  • Confidence working directly with clients and managing multiple projects
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Experience with tools such as Asana, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • 12–24 months of agency or client-facing experience preferred (but personality and drive matter most)
