Genus ABS is looking for an Associate Reproduction Management Specialist to deliver reproductive services to customer farms across South Wales, ideally based in Monmouth. The role involves working outdoors, visiting livestock farms, and supporting farmers to improve herd fertility and productivity.

You Will:

  • Visit customer herds to heat-detect cows and analyse computer records before artificially inseminating the appropriate animals.
  • Support the farm team to improve fertility within the herd, producing healthier and more productive cows that meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide outstanding customer service and animal health and welfare, increasing customer loyalty to Genus ABS products and services.
  • Make informed decisions based on the genetic plan, animal behaviour and available data; identify solutions and present recommendations to improve personal and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence.
  • Previous work experience with livestock or large animals.
  • Available for a flexible, part‑time zero‑hour basis on a rota across 7 days a week, including some early starts and later finishes.
  • Ability to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
