Genus PLC has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing global Talent Acquisition team. This remote UK‑based role (with optional hybrid flexibility) provides essential operational support across the full recruitment lifecycle. As a key partner to the Regional TA Lead and recruiting team, you will help ensure a seamless, high‑quality hiring experience across regions and job families. You will play a pivotal role in powering the administrative, scheduling, systems, and reporting activities that underpin the success of our global TA function—allowing recruiters to focus on strategic hiring, stakeholder partnership, and complex search execution. The salary range for this position is £25,000 to £35,000.
You Will
- Coordinate interviews across global time zones, including scheduling panels, arranging travel logistics, booking rooms, and organizing pre- and post-interview meetings.
- Update job postings, maintain template libraries, and audit closed/filled roles for accuracy and compliance.
- Support pre-hire, hire, and post-hire activities in the ATS and HR systems.
- Own the inbox and talent acquisition shared mailboxes, routing inquiries appropriately.
- Manage the Genus LinkedIn inbox, including responding to messages, posting content, addressing posting errors, and escalating candidate inquiries.
- Partner with TA, HRBP, and HR leadership to support monthly and quarterly vacancies and TA metrics reporting.
- Coordinate immigration-related documentation with Legal, Global Mobility, and HR Shared Services updating start dates and maintaining compliant records.
- Support compliance requirements across TA processes, including system audits, document retention, and standardized workflows.
- Post job requisitions, assist with sourcing projects, and help screen entry level or high-volume roles when needed.
- Process TA invoices, candidate reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Support contingent worker onboarding and termination coordination with managers and HR.
- Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail; ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, pivot quickly, and meet deadlines in an ambiguous environment.
- Comfortable working across time zones and supporting global teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with ATSs (iCIMS preferred).
- Strong relationship-building skills and professional communication style.
- Ability to assimilate new information quickly and work with minimal guidance.
- Authorized to work in the applicable region without sponsorship.
