Role Overview
We are looking for a detail oriented person with a desire to learn new skills to join our FBA Quality team as a coordinator. You will be providing support to the FBA business through ensuring the quick and accurate turnaround of FBA year end datasets as well as providing back-up support to customers and analysts, through whatever means required. You will be responsible for checking and processing year end accounts, quality checking datasets, answering client helpdesk queries, assisting with anti-money laundering compliance, setting up clients for Xero, Figured and Hubdoc and other duties as required. This role is fully remote with occasional ad-hoc meetings. The salary for this role is up to £25k.
You Will
- Quality control of year ends, requiring the ability to understand technical bookkeeping detail and processes
- Setting up new clients on Xero/Figured/Hubdoc
- Organisation administration on Xero/Figured/Hubdoc
- Anti Money Laundering Compliance (client due diligence and risk assessments, update of AML Online portal)
- Helpdesk phone line (open to farmers 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri for technical support)
- Helpdesk emails – for internal and external customers
Requirements
- Accountancy qualification desirable but not essential
- Initiative, energy, drive and attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to procedures with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication to provide high quality customer support
- Strong IT skills and ability to assist with simple queries on the phone
- Experience of accounting practices is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of or an interest in the Agricultural Industry preferred
- Xero experience desirable but not essential
- High proficiency in English
