You will play a central role in supporting and championing collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Asana, Lucid, and internal knowledge platforms. By helping to embed best practices, streamline communication, and foster digital community, youβll directly contribute to a more connected and efficient remote-first IT function. Reporting to [Line Manager β to be confirmed], you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve digital engagement, maintain internal platforms, and promote a culture of effective and inclusive collaboration. This is a remote first role, but there are monthly in person meetings in either our Stapeley or Basingstoke offices You Will Promote and support the effective use of collaboration tools across our IT and wider business teams. Maintain and improve digital platforms including Teams, SharePoint, Asana, Azure DevOps, Lucid, and internal wikis. Create and manage shared resources, templates, dashboards, and digital content to support day-to-day team operations. Plan and deliver internal newsletters, platform updates, and engagement campaigns to strengthen digital culture. Provide basic training, onboarding, and drop-in support to improve confidence and adoption of tools. Act as the first point of contact for digital collaboration enquiries, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests. Partner with internal teams to align digital practices with employee engagement and communication strategies. Gather feedback to evaluate and improve collaboration experiences across remote and hybrid working environments. Requirements We are looking for a digitally confident, people-oriented professional who is passionate about helping others work better together in a remote-first world. The ideal candidate will have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence using digital workplace tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, project management platforms). A collaborative approach with a strong focus on enabling and supporting others. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. A self-starter mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving. The following would also be desirable Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Azure DevOps, Asana, or Lucid. Experience creating digital content such as newsletters or intranet pages. Exposure to internal communications, IT support, or user training roles.
