We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive performance and growth across Northern Ireland, leading the Sales and Service functions. You will lead a geographically dispersed team of Sales Breeding Advisors and Reproductive Management Specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will possess strong commercial acumen, cross‑functional collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You Will
- Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and manage a high‑performing team across Northern Ireland. Set clear expectations, provide regular coaching, and embed a culture of engagement and accountability.
- Market Insight & Risk Management: Maintain strong external networks to identify market opportunities and mitigate risks proactively.
- Customer Growth & Onboarding: Partner with Regional Business Managers and Sales teams to identify and convert new customer opportunities. Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions and early‑stage customer satisfaction.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across Genus ABS to support employee retention and customer satisfaction.
- Commercial & Financial Oversight: Monitor performance metrics and P&L data to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Brand & Stakeholder Representation: Represent Genus ABS professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
- Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Champion health and safety standards in partnership with H&S teams.
- Training & Capability Development: Collaborate with internal experts to deliver impactful coaching and training.
- Strategic Engagement: Act as a central connector between field operations, technical services, marketing, finance, and people teams.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a geographically dispersed team environment.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing P&L.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer growth and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of agricultural or animal breeding services is a plus.
- Commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing standards.
