Who We Are: Manthorpe Building Products is a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of plastic injection moulded, vacuum formed and extruded products for the building industry.

The Opportunity: Are you a creative, ambitious design student looking to bring your ideas to life in the real world? We’re offering an exciting Year-in-Industry placement for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact — developing eye‑catching designs and marketing materials that showcase our brand, products, and services to the UK construction sector. This is a hands‑on role where your creativity will help shape how we communicate with our customers.

You’ll Get To:

  • Create engaging visuals for campaigns, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Design brochures, flyers, POS materials, product packaging, and signage.
  • Produce illustrations, infographics, and technical product guides.
  • Support brand development and ensure consistency across all materials.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and R&D teams on live campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas to digital marketing projects and content creation.
  • Manage multiple creative projects with guidance from experienced designers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A good eye for typography, colour, and layout.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • A team player who’s enthusiastic, organised, and open to learning.
  • A passion for design and creative problem‑solving.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience or interest in motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with Blender, photography, or video production.
