The Temporary Payroll Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the Payroll team during busy processing periods. The role supports the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services and responds to employee and manager payroll queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Download payroll-related documentation from the Earnie payroll system
- Upload P60s and maintain payroll records within Workday HRIS
- Respond promptly to payroll queries from employees and managers
- Support payroll processing activities during peak periods
- Monitor shared payroll inboxes and escalate queries where appropriate
- Maintain and update employee payroll information in Workday
- Provide administrative support to payroll projects as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous administrative or payroll support experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
