People are at the heart of everything we do… and that starts with recruitment! We're looking for a Resourcing Coordinator who's passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience and keeping our recruitment process running like clockwork.

As our Resourcing Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, candidates and the Resourcing Business Partner to ensure every vacancy is managed efficiently, professionally and with people at its heart. From writing engaging adverts and arranging interviews to supporting managers and welcoming new starters, you'll help us attract brilliant talent and deliver an outstanding recruitment journey.

  • Creating and advertising vacancies that attract top talent.
  • Coordinating interviews and keeping recruitment moving at pace.
  • Providing candidates with a friendly, professional experience from application through to offer.
  • Supporting hiring managers with recruitment processes and timelines.
  • Maintaining accurate records using our recruitment systems (Workday experience is a bonus!).
  • Helping new colleagues feel included and excited before their first day.
  • Getting involved in recruitment campaigns, employer branding and improving the way we recruit.
