The Role
The position of Key Account Manager is a key appointment to help focus and grow the Nuaire business within Main Contractors by focusing on setting up and managing supplier agreements to facilitate growth within various sectors of the construction industry.
Responsibilities;
Account Management
- Developing and maintaining a portfolio of key client accounts consisting mainly of Main Contractors.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Building and nurturing strong, trusted relationships with clients.
Sales and Business Development
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand existing accounts.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans.
- Negotiating contracts/rebates and pricing.
- Working with sales teams to drive up-selling and cross-selling.
Client Relationship Management
- Understanding client needs, goals, and challenges within different sectors of the construction industry
- Ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Gathering and communicating client feedback to internal teams.
- Acting as a liaison between the client, sales and internal departments.
Planning and Reporting
- Developing and implementing strategies for client retention and growth.
- Preparing and presenting regular reports on account performance.
- Tracking and analysing key account KPI’s.
