Key Responsibilities
As the GBS Lead you’ll be the Genuit Business Systems lead for Climate Management Solutions, focusing on Nu-Heat. You will implement the Genuit Business System, its tools, techniques and behaviours, seeking ways to work better. As a change agent you will identify and deliver business improvement through Kaizen events, continuous improvement projects, daily collaboration, focused action and teamwork. You will be a data‑focussed, process‑driven advocate for change, recognising the importance of engagement, colleague relationships and teamwork. You will lead the structured approach and alignment to the GBS way of working while rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

- Actively collaborate within the GBS team to elevate performance across the business.
- Drive improvement across functions by coaching functional teams and enabling sustainable improvement.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, lead event identification and reporting on success.
- Lead root‑cause analysis workshops and oversee corrective and preventative actions.
- Share knowledge and support cross‑business events in the division.

- Own and analyse a suite of departmental KPIs, updating and acting on them.

- Project management skills with a track record of success.
- Strong problem‑solving skills using data, insight and structured processes.
Desirable
- Experience leading transformation initiatives (formal or informal).
- Practical understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other improvement methodologies.
