Genuit Group’s Climate Management Solutions (CMS) unit is seeking a People and Culture Graduate for a 12‑month fixed term contract in Caerphilly. You will support the employee lifecycle, gain exposure to operational and strategic HR, and report to the CMS HR Director. Some travel to the ADEY site in Stonehouse, Gloucester is required.
Location is on‑site with working hours 8:30–17:00 or 9:00–17:00. This is an ideal early HR career step for a recent graduate or CIPD Level 5 holder.
