Genuit Group is a UK‑wide manufacturing group with a strong focus on operational excellence and digital enablement. We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Manufacturing to help define, design and deliver best‑in‑class ERP processes across our Finance, Manufacturing and Sales functions.

The role will be working closely with business SMEs, internal IT teams and external ERP partners, you’ll play a central role in improving how our systems support manufacturing operations. This is a hands‑on role covering the full ERP lifecycle, from requirements through to implementation and BAU support.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and deliver ERP system enhancements across multiple modules.
  • Lead process mapping, requirements gathering and gap analysis.
  • Author clear, robust functional specifications and documentation.
  • Collaborate with ERP partners to align business needs with system capability.
  • Support end users through incident management and continuous improvement.
  • Travel to UK sites as needed to work directly with operational teams.
About you
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within Manufacturing.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. IFS, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Workday, Salesforce).
  • Understanding of Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement and Inventory processes.
  • Experience working through full ERP implementation lifecycles.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
