Are you looking to kick-start your career and learn on the job? We’re offering an exciting apprenticeship where you’ll gain real work experience, learn new skills, and be part of a supportive team. For this role, we are looking for someone who is reliable, curious, and up for learning new things. No experience is needed as we’ll teach you everything as we go, the only thing we ask for is that you have GCSE Maths & English Level 4 and above and a positive can-do attitude!
What you’ll be doing
- Responding to incoming emails, and directing queries to the appropriate teams
- Scheduling meetings, maintaining shared calendars and booking meeting rooms
- Preparing reports, drafting documents and maintaining accurate digital and physical records
- Photocopying, scanning, filing and organising documents to support team activities
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering office supplies as required
- Raising and processing Purchase Order numbers for approval and sign-off
- Updating internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy
Don’t worry — you won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll be trained, supported, and guided throughout your apprenticeship.

- Have GCSEs in Maths and English with level 4 or above

- Work well as part of a team, and on your own initiative to achieve company goals
