We’re looking for a Reward Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping and delivering reward strategies across the Genuit Group. Reporting to the Group Reward Director, you’ll provide expert advice and lead on projects that optimise attraction, engagement, performance, and retention of our key talent.
What You’ll Do
- Lead reward-related projects and programmes across the Group.
- Contribute to the development of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Drive job architecture implementation and create a new Group-wide recognition scheme aligned to our Trademark Behaviours.
- Conduct benchmarking and compensation analysis, including job evaluation using Willis Towers Watson methodology.
- Support cyclical reward activities such as LTIP, Leadership Bonus, and Annual Pay Review.
- Partner with internal communications to deliver engaging reward messaging.
- Provide insights through data analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with pay governance and legislation, including pay transparency and equal pay.
- Build strong relationships to embed reward programmes across the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Reward function.
- Strong understanding of reward frameworks and best practice.
- Hands-on experience with annual reward cycles, benchmarking, and job evaluation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
