We’re looking for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join a high-performing IT Operations team, supporting and optimising critical systems across a multi-site environment. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in maintaining resilient, secure and high-performing infrastructure, while contributing to continuous improvement and future technology enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimise core infrastructure (servers, storage, cloud & networks)
- Own and resolve complex technical issues and escalations
- Manage backup & disaster recovery solutions and processes
- Contribute to system improvements, documentation and operational projects
- Ensure systems remain secure, stable and aligned to best practice
Qualifications
- Strong infrastructure experience across Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V) and cloud (Azure)
- Knowledge of backup & DR tools (e.g., Veeam, Zerto, Avamar)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and enterprise environments
- Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage issues through to resolution and work across teams
Location
Leeds or Doncaster with the ability to travel across different sites.
