Genuit Group is a UK‑based manufacturing group investing in data, automation and AI to improve how we operate and make decisions.

We’re seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to help design and embed practical, scalable AI‑enabled and automated solutions across the organisation. This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on delivery, learning and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build and support automation and AI‑enabled solutions.
  • Develop and maintain RPA and traditional automation workflows.
  • Build APIs and integrations to connect systems and enable automation.
  • Work with modern data platforms to source, transform and serve high‑quality data.
  • Embed data governance, quality and lineage into automated solutions.
  • Support responsible, ethical and transparent use of AI.
  • Work closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to translate business problems into working solutions.
Qualifications
  • Experience or hands‑on exposure to RPA or automation technologies.
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data pipelines.
  • Experience integrating systems via APIs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft automation and data platforms (e.g. Fabric, Data Factory, Copilot).
  • Interest in AI, machine learning or agent‑based approaches (commercial or experimental).
  • Comfortable operating in a manufacturing or operational environment.
