You will oversee picking, loading and dispatching customer orders with a focus on safety, accuracy and timely delivery, while providing clear direction to Despatch Team Leaders and colleagues.
You will drive KPI achievement, OTIF performance, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring high standards of quality, productivity and customer service.
