We are currently looking for VNA drivers to join our team based at our Rotherham National Distribution Centre. You will play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient assembly of customers' orders. We are seeking motivated, friendly, hard-working individuals who thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Shifts time available: Nights 1800 – 0600, 4on4off

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company procedures
  • Carry out stock checks, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety issues promptly to management
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Fully accredited VNA licence
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Ability to work physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing
  • Basic IT skills for data entry and scanning tasks
