Chef de Partie – Genuine Dining
Genuine Dining are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team. Working as a Chef de Partie for Genuine Dining will require you to support the senior kitchen team in delivering high-quality food while maintaining excellent standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
Experience in a professional kitchen is essential, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about food, thrives in a busy environment, and works well as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Chef de Partie looking to develop their skills within a dynamic catering operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Running and managing your designated section during service
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to specification
- Supporting junior chefs and helping develop team members
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Monitoring stock levels and minimising food waste
- Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
- Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures
