The Role
As Chef Manager, you will have full responsibility for the retail workplace restaurant, leading a small team in a fast-paced environment. You will also support the wider team when required, offering culinary input, menu collaboration, and operational support. This is a standout opportunity to shape the food culture of a premium contract, delivering menus that are seasonal, sustainable, nutritionally balanced, and designed to excite today’s workplace diner.
Food safety is fundamental to this role. You will be accountable for:
- Maintaining exceptional food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls
- Ensuring full compliance with HACCP, EHO, and Genuine Dining standards
- Leading a strong food safety culture through training, coaching, and attention to detail
- Delivering consistent quality and safe systems across all retail services
Creativity & Menu Innovation
