Welcome to GenTwo. GenTwo is where investment ideas become reality. We build the infrastructure that lets financial institutions, asset managers, and professional investors create, issue, and manage innovative products without limits, free from the traditional constraints holding the industry back. We are a Series-B-stage company with global ambitions, serving clients in more than 25 countries. We value clarity, ownership, and people who thrive in complexity. At GenTwo, we hire for culture first, skills second. If you share our four core values, you might be the perfect fit:
- Stronger Together: Collaboration and teamwork drive extraordinary results.
- Create Clarity: Simplify complexity for clients and colleagues.
- I Own It: Take responsibility and deliver on commitments.
- Figure It Out: Approach challenges with curiosity and problem-solving determination.
Who you are: As Junior GTM Engineer / Growth Enablement Marketer, you don't wait for leads to land in a CRM; you build the system that generates them. You're as comfortable writing a sharp one-pager as setting up a Clay sequence, and you know that the best growth isn't loud, it's consistent. If you want to own a market, work at the edge of AI-powered outbound, and make a real dent in how a fast-growing fintech wins in the UK, let's talk!
Your tasks & responsibilities:
- You generate pipeline: You build and run Clay-powered (Claude code) outbound workflows and LinkedIn automation that turn buying signals into booked meetings.
- You localise what our Zurich HQ builds: You adapt campaigns and ABM plays for the UK market and support the events that put GenTwo in the room.
- You equip sales: You create the decks, one-pagers, and case studies that UK prospects actually respond to.
- You are the bridge between London and Zurich HQ: You surface what's working, what's not, and make sure UK sales always knows what campaigns are running and why.
- You automate the repetitive: You use AI agents to cut research, admin, and follow-up time to near zero, and report funnel performance back to Zurich HQ.
What you bring: You bring 2–4 years of hands-on experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or GTM, ideally from a fintech startup or similarly fast-moving environment. You have hands-on experience with outbound tooling (Clay, LinkedIn automation, or signal-based prospecting). You build things and run them, not just strategy decks. You write well and communicate clearly across sales, marketing, and leadership. UK work permit required.
This role is not for you if:
- You want to set the strategy, not execute it.
- You prefer working independently over being part of a global GTM team.
- You are looking for a standalone marketing role without pipeline accountability.
What we offer: You'll be our first dedicated growth hire in the UK, with the ownership, scope, and room to grow through new projects and real challenges. You'll work at the intersection of modern GTM tooling, AI, and institutional finance. You'll collaborate closely with our Zurich HQ and senior UK leadership from day one. Your compensation is competitive and tied to performance - at a company that's genuinely going places.
