The Opportunity

As the People Experience Senior Data & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring our people experience initiatives are measured effectively, run smoothly, and contribute to our Gentrack culture. You are empowered to implement creative commercial data driven solutions, following industry best practice. You will work with the rest of the global People Experience function that has teams located in Gentrack's centres in UK, New Zealand, Australia, and India. This role will evolve as AI and broader data systems are evolving, you will directly assist the CPO on the global reporting requirements, partnering with specialists and leads in the team to develop the quality of these reports. This is a key role - we are an insight led organisation and are looking to harness the power of all our people insights to connect and integrate all our approaches as part of our people strategy.

The Specifics

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will be responsible for diagnosing and creating in partnership with the team, the highest quality of data led outputs possible. The role is an end-to-end role, - we are a hands-on team, and a team player attitude as well as technical excellence will see you succeed. You will have the full support of a world class PX team to deliver and whilst no day is the same, we would expect you to provide expertise in the following:

  • Partner with the CPO, the Director of ESG and the PX Senior leadership team to provide key people and sustainability reporting and analytics and streamline PX systems management & requests from the business around PX Data/systems and insights.
  • Provide monthly reporting insights and key metrics for Board and Executive meetings, partnering with the PX team to diagnose key insights for reports as well as the management of the PX systems, driving consistency in processes, systems & support provided by the global PX Coordinators.
  • Manage and grow our metrics and insights - to move the organisation to integrated metrics that are performance leading and lagging for MBRs, QBRS and to inform change.
  • Coaching PX Coordinators globally in leading and closing the analytics and operational needs to manage and optimise PX data.
  • Creation of toolkits and frameworks to continually coach, develop and optimise the PX reporting operations.
  • Generate reports and dashboards: Present insights to HR teams and leadership to inform decision-making.
  • Support compliance efforts: Ensure HR practices align with employment laws and company policies.
  • Form strong, collaborative relationships across the business, particularly with the wider Global People Experience function.

In addition to this you are required to carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by your direct line leader.
