Working within our sales team you will be looking to find and win new projects with customers who can benefit from our solutions. You will set sales strategies and account plans that help our customers meet their goals. You will build relationships with customers and partners and lead our commercial teams through a sales process.
This role would suit someone who understands airports and airline companies use software to improve and grow their businesses and is looking for a chance to work with and lead teams of smart people. We offer an environment of constant learning, constant change and working for each other.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Target, establish and develop strategic, executive, business relationships with new customers to secure profitable new business in line with the business plan.
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current partners and alliances that support the sales process.
- Responsibility for licensing revenue, services margin and other applicable targets.
- Indirect leadership of professional services team, solutions architects, pre-sales etc.
- Successfully secure new customers in line with target by promoting selling software and services.
- Manage and execute product presentations and bids as required.
- Develop, execute and lead sales plans, account strategies and forecasts in line with agreed opportunity pipeline process.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years hunting and new account development into enterprise level accounts.
- A client centric understanding of CRM, digital, billing and credit.
- At least 5 years utility industry experience with an established network in aviation, airline, or airport technology.
- Ability to network, collaborate and communicate effectively across a matrixed organisation.
- Exposure to consulting & professional services sales & delivery.
