The Opportunity

The Data & Analytics unit delivered the first product release of the D&A platform and set of use cases for utilities clients to help them obtain a 360-degree view of their customers and their business. We are doing so by leveraging data and advanced analytics to drive their decision-making and enhance their customer experience. The technologies being adopted with the D&A platform and use cases include Qlik, Snowflake, Matillion, Tableau, Power BI and more.

The Data & Analytics (D&A) Delivery Manager is leading the Delivery of projects to Gentrack clients globally, ensuring the project are successful, and clients are gaining the value out of it.

The Specifics

  • Have end-to-end accountability on the execution of the projects, getting support from all other functions with the D&A unit.
  • Build/Improve the existing practices of D&A delivery - project plans, quality measurements, deliverables templates, budget planning and monitoring.
  • Lead the execution of D&A projects, working in alignment with the CSM / Delivery Project Manager, and with the D&A R&D functions.
  • Collaboration with the D&A engineering manager, product manager, architects on all professional and execution aspects.
  • Customer success and user adoption - ensure the product is not only delivered, but meets the client expectations through proper training and close interaction with the users / stakeholders.
  • Manage the Support function for projects delivered to UAT/Production, while having alignment with the other Delivery / Customer Success functions.
  • Product evolution / improvement - constant feedback from the field, into the management of R&D / Intelligent Utilities product functions.
  • Support initiatives run by the GSTF and demonstrate our company values by providing a clear commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
  • Contribute through identifying/proposing local sustainable practices and ideas in accordance with our Sustainability Charter.
  • Utilise our sustainability app by taking part in challenges and improving behaviours to be more sustainable.

  • Ability to facilitate the grooming of the engineering team(s) backlog and influence the product development backlog.
