Gentoo in Sunderland is expanding its Property Investment team and is seeking Stock Condition and Energy Surveyors.

In this role you will carry out stock condition surveys and energy assessments across our housing stock to help keep homes safe, warm and energy efficient, informing future investment decisions.

A full UK driving licence is required, as is experience with EPCs and HHSRS; a Level 3 DEA qualification and knowledge of Decent Homes standards are preferred.
