Gentoo is seeking a part-time Neighbourhood Coordinator in Sunderland on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover. You will manage a designated neighbourhood, support sustainable communities and deliver tenancy management while travelling across locations with a full UK driving licence.
The role is based on a part-time schedule: full days on Wednesday and Thursday, and a half-day on Friday, finishing at 12:30pm. Gentoo offers a supportive environment and DBS checks are provided.
