Reporting to Gentoo’s Business Intelligence Manager, you’ll shape how we use data by designing and delivering insightful dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders, and uncovering trends to improve performance.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Design and develop visually compelling dashboards using leading BI tools.
- Guide colleagues on interpreting data and using insights to drive operational decisions.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives by delivering actionable insights that support business cases and benefits realisation.
- Identify opportunities to apply BI technology to enhance processes and performance.
- Manage and resolve reporting‑related service desk items in line with agreed SLAs.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Knowledge
- Demonstrable experience with ITSM tools (e.g., JIRA).
- A highly developed understanding of data infrastructure, architecture, and integration.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting and data governance best practices.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in enterprise BI tools such as QlikView and Power BI.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages: SQL, Excel, Python, DAX.
- Ability to scope requirements accurately and continuously improve report usability.
