You will carry out stock condition surveys and energy assessments across our portfolio, ensuring homes are safe, warm and energy-efficient.
Working with the Asset Investment team, you will provide accurate data to inform future investment decisions, support Decent Homes compliance, and help prioritise upgrades such as kitchens and bathrooms.
