Gentoo Group Limited in Sunderland is seeking an experienced Governance Manager to strengthen governance across the organisation. Reporting to the Executive Director of Regulatory and Business Services, you will support strong decision-making, scrutiny and quality Board and Committee business.
You will lead a small team, develop governance processes, ensure regulatory readiness, build trusted relationships with Board Members and executives, and champion the use of technology to enhance.
