We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Receptionist to join our Reception team at Resorts World Casino on a full time basis.
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to work as part of a team and be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with all colleagues and guests.
- Be able to adopt a positive and flexible attitude to changing priorities and procedures, including changes to shifts/rotas
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be flexible towards working hours as role involves working night shifts and weekends
