Are you an experienced inspector looking for a new opportunity? Are you dedicated to ensuring the games are played fairly and accurately? We have a vacancy for an experienced inspector to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with company procedures as well as relevant legislation. You will also need to ensure the highest standards of customer service are delivered in your area.
Key skills and responsibilities include:
- To inspect and deal with all games within the casino, ensuring table security is to the highest standard possible.
- To carry out all gaming operations, including table administration, opening and closing procedures and the soft count operation.
- To ensure that game commentary is clear and company procedures are adhered to.
- To be able to explain fully the rules of games to customers as well as other club facilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Acknowledgement and understanding of customers' needs.
- An effective team player.
- Personal Functional License (PFL) required.
- Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
