We are currently recruiting for a hard working and enthusiastic Hospitality Supervisor to join our vibrant team. Candidates must be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts across a 40 hour week, including weekends, night shifts and bank holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of excellence in signature service and strong team building skills.
- To have an understanding and experience in stock control.
- Ensuring that a comprehensive, customer focused service is provided within the Hospitality areas.
- Helping to build and develop an effective team through encouraging involvement, feedback and using the strengths of the team.
- An outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
- To be able to train staff on upselling and good customer interaction.
