Are you an experienced pit boss looking for a new opportunity? Are you dedicated to ensuring the games are played fairly and accurately? We have a vacancy for a pit boss to join our team, supporting the management team to ensure full compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation. You will also be responsible for making sure the highest standards of efficiency, security, and customer care are delivered in your area.
Key skills and responsibilities include:
- Full compliance with the requirements of the Gambling Act 2005, Gambling Commission guidelines, licensing conditions and codes of practice (LCCP).
- Fully aware of all social responsibility protocols and procedures.
- Ensure all gaming activity complies with company policy and procedures.
- Provide employees with clear and concise instructions and effectively evaluate their knowledge and understanding.
- Positive and flexible approach to change management initiatives to effectively improve business performance and maintain a competitive edge.
- Coach employees to meet the organisation's expectations of productivity and goal accomplishment.
- Ensure all employees deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
- An effective team player.
- Personal Functional License (PFL) required.
