Are you a friendly person who can warmly welcome our guests? Have you got strong communication skills? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a receptionist to join our team. As front‑of‑house, it is essential that you are able to provide outstanding customer service and support to our guests whilst working on an array of tasks including guest check‑in and administration. Previous reception experience is preferred, but not essential.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • A professional telephone manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
