Are you a friendly person who can warmly welcome our guests? Have you got strong communication skills? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a receptionist to join our team. As front-of-house, it is essential that you are able to provide outstanding customer service and support to our guests whilst working on an array of tasks including guest check-in and administration. Previous reception experience is preferred, but not essential.
Key skills and responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
