We have a vacancy for a hospitality team leader to join Genting. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of our bar/restaurant, supporting and motivating colleagues. Ensure compliance with company standards, food health and hygiene procedures and legislation and licensing laws at all times. Manage and develop the team members effectively, always encouraging a customer-focused attitude. Adopt a positive and flexible attitude to changing priorities and procedures, including shift changes. Positively promote sales awareness within the department and maximise sales opportunities. Maintain all bar and restaurant stock levels as required.
Have you got experience working in a busy bar or restaurant? Are you a great team player? Self-motivated, driven and passionate about delivering a high-quality service for our customers. Able to work under pressure in a busy environment. Previous supervisory experience in a busy bar is essential. Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
