We have a vacancy for a Customer Driver to join our thriving team on a full time basis. This role will involve both driving duties and parking customers’ vehicles, requiring excellent attention to detail, strong vehicle-handling skills, and a consistently smart and professional appearance. This role requires full flexibility to work a variety of shifts within a 24-hour business.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for members, VIP guests, and senior management.
- Park and retrieve customers’ vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining total discretion and confidentiality.
- Ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of members’ needs and tailor service accordingly.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with high-end clientele.
- Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with members, guests, and colleagues.
- Plan routes efficiently using strong working knowledge of London roads.
- Be flexible and responsive to changing operational requirements in a 24-hour environment.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to support the smooth running of the operation.
- Good knowledge of, and experience working with, high-end / VIP customers.
- Excellent working road knowledge of London and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Calm, professional, and polite approach at all times.
- High level of discretion and attention to detail, particularly when handling members’ vehicles.
Qualifications
